From the Ground Up
The members and staff of Eggplant Active Media share a common history as organizers and volunteers with the Independent Media Center. Our early work together was with IndyMedia in Seattle of 1999, and had continued through the present. By moving beyond working with IndyMedia we sought to continue to work for social justice while making a living providing our skills to other organizations.
