Unmanaged VServer pricing:

Our unmanaged vservers are maintained by you. You have root access and can do whatever you please with them (as long as you aren't sending spam or other similar activities). You can configure an unlimited number of domains. For self-managed vservers we do include the following support: kernel upgrades, reboots, OS reinstalls, hardware maintenance and network management, ip address provisioning/removal, reverse DNS pointer changes, firewall management, DNS management if you use our DNS servers.

Managed VServer pricing:

With our managed service option, all server administration and maintenance is done by us. We are have been doing linux administration for over a decade and I'm a Debian developer, so we have a lot of experience here managing systems. All work done by our us is 100% guaranteed. We do not manage the software installations, that is up to you, but we will install and configure any applications necessary for whatever software you want to run. The support you can expect from us is everything included with the self-managed vservers as outlined above, and it also includes: all system administration and other system related work except third-party software installation, configuration and maintenance (this includes all web scripts, php, perl, etc...).

1. Bandwidth is measured at 95th percentile, which means you can burst much more than your transfer/second rate without having to pay overage unless more than 5% of your monthly bandwidth is over this amount. This method of measurement typically favors you, as it should.
